Thank you for purchasing our products (or subscribing to our services) on Shopvet.com. We offer a full money back guarantee on all purchases made on our site, but under certain conditions.

We invite you to read the terms explained in more detail below, to see which one applies to your case, taking the correct procedure. If you are not satisfied with the product you purchased from us, please let us know.

Our return and refund policy gives you 3 days to return or exchange an item purchased online with a valid receipt. You are eligible for a full refund within three calendar days of purchase. After the third day period, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange.

Vaccines and medicines cannot be returned. This only happens if the return is at the same time of delivery. It is possible to return them as long as no time has passed since they were received and the delivery representative is still present, due to the sensitivity of these products and the necessary precautions to protect them from damage.

We encourage our customers to try the product (or service) in the first three days after purchase to make sure it meets your needs. To be eligible for a refund or exchange, all physical products must be packed in the original, unmarked packaging including any accessories, stickers, free gifts, additional items, manuals, and documentation that shipped with the product. If the item is returned unopened in the original box, we will exchange it or offer you a refund based on the original payment method excluding any shipping charges (other than the original shipping costs invoiced). Refunds (if applicable) Once we have received and inspected your returned item, we will send you an email to let you know that we have received your return item. We will also notify you if your refund is approved or denied.

If your request is approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment within 14 calendar days. If you have paid for the standard delivery of the goods, the cost of the standard delivery will also be refunded.

In some cases, only partial refunds are granted (if any): products with clear signs of use; . Any item not in original condition, damaged or lost due to reasons not attributable to our fault.

Late or missing refunds (if any) If you haven't received your refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
