It is administered as a deep intramuscular injection at a dose ranging from 1.0 to 2.0 ml per 50 kg of body weight, equivalent to 1.0 to 2.0 mg\/kg of body weight. Treatment is repeated every 24 hours for 3\u003c\/p\u003e \u003cp\u003econsecutive days.
