Functional Aquarium

The aquarium from the Glossy range features an integrated cover and Aquael Leddy Tube Sunny Day&Night 2.0 lighting. The lighting units are mounted on a special frame. When access to the inside of the tank is required, the cover and handle are lifted and placed vertically against the back wall. This solution allows the lighting to be directed towards the inside of the tank, enabling all aquarium maintenance work to be carried out in full light.

Additionally, the aquarium cover is equipped with a convenient window that allows for daily fish feeding without the need to open it completely.

The set comes with 2 or 3 lighting units, but it is possible to purchase more and expand up to 7. Glossy aquariums are ideal for creating plant tanks, ecological tanks, and traditional multi-species aquariums. They are available in four sizes: 80, 100, 120, 150 cm in length (with capacities of 125, 215, 260, 405 liters respectively) and a height of 63 cm, as well as a Glossy Cube version with a cube-shaped aquarium measuring 50x50x63 (capacity of 135 liters).

The lighting of the set offers three lighting modes. The daytime mode simulates sunlight, perfectly recreating natural conditions and encouraging plant growth. The dawn mode is a soft light that provides the right mood in the aquarium in the evening. While the night mode is a blue light that simulates moonlight and allows for observing fish life at night.

You have the option of three lighting modes, differing in color and intensity:

• Daytime Mode simulates sunlight, perfectly recreating natural conditions and encouraging plant growth
• Dawn Mode is a soft light that provides the right mood in the aquarium in the evening
• Night Mode is a blue light that simulates moonlight; allows you to observe fish life at night

Safety for Your Fish in the Aquarium Thanks to the New Safe Tank Technology

Over the years, AQUAEL aquarium sets have been adapted to strict European standards for glass thickness and manufacturing quality. However, the AQUAEL R&D department set a goal to raise the standards to a higher level. As a result of this work, the new Safe Tank technology was born, a unique solution in the field of aquariums worldwide.

This technology is based on bonding two glass panels of the aquarium with an ultra-thin transparent film. With this solution, there is no need to worry about immediate water leakage due to accidental tank damage. In such a case, the glass will not shatter into small pieces. A characteristic "spider web" may appear on its surface, but the glass will remain intact. This will allow for the safe transfer of fish to another location.
