CupriSorb is a powerful adsorbent for copper and heavy metals. CupriSorb removes copper faster and more efficiently than carbon, making it ideal for emergency copper removal. It extracts all types of copper, including chelated copper, and remains effective until it turns dark blue. It can be regenerated repeatedly. If used continuously, it will gradually extract even the copper precipitated from gravel/substrate beds as well. CupriSorb will allow for the maintenance of invertebrates in copper-treated tanks by removing copper leaching from substrates.

CupriSorb is a powerful copper-specific chelating resin. Competing products are not chelating products, but merely cation exchange resins. These resins can remove copper from freshwater but are ineffective in saltwater.
