aCone 1.5 EVO Protein Skimmer

Adjustable and powerful protein skimmer for aquarium installation. The aCone 1.5 EVO is suitable for saltwater aquariums up to 1500 liters. It features a new generation conical reaction chamber design, equipped with a low-noise, low-voltage (24V DC) DC Runner 3.0 air pump with DC controller. The DC Runner 3.0 pump has a 3D needle wheel fan producing very fine bubbles with power consumption of only up to 21 watts.

The externally mounted DC pump can be easily removed for cleaning without disassembling and removing the protein skimmer from the tank, unlike protein skimmers with internally mounted pumps. The protein skimmer foam production can be easily adjusted using the air adjustment dial and DC Runner controller to ensure the correct water level for the protein skimmer, ideal bubble structure, and proper foam.

Dimensions: Protein skimmer height up to the top of the foam cup: H 53 cm. Requires about 55 cm total height (2 cm above the top of the protein skimmer cup) to allow removal of the foam cup. The base area of the protein skimmer is approximately: 35 × 32 cm. Please read the instructions carefully and note maintenance requirements, especially for the DC Runner pump and 3D needle wheel fan.
