The metal "end caps" shown in the video are not included with the new adapters, so they are suitable for models with moisture protection and threads. Additionally, installation using screws (purchased separately) on a plastic cover, such as a plastic hood, is possible. The T5/T8 lamp unit can be completely removed.
The AquaEl Retrofit adapter set comes with everything you need to install the AquaEl Leddy tube (sold separately) into an existing aquarium hood/cover.
