The Aquael ULTRAMAX 1000 filter is an advanced canister filter featuring patented technology to provide exceptional water purity and ease of use for freshwater and marine tanks. With its innovative design, it ensures effective filtration and reduced maintenance.

Pre-filter:

The ULTRAMAX 1000 includes a 1.5-liter pre-filter integrated into the unit's lid. This pre-filter effectively traps large debris, significantly reducing filter maintenance frequency. Cleaning is simple – just lift the lid, remove the sponge from the basket, and rinse it under running water. This procedure does not require removing the filter from the cabinet.

Dual Ball Valve System:

The patented dual ball valve system ensures a hassle-free maintenance experience. This system simultaneously closes the filter's inlet and outlet, as well as the hose, to prevent any water leakage when disconnecting the hose. This innovative feature reduces the mess and inconvenience usually associated with filter maintenance.

Self-Priming System:

Starting the filter is easy thanks to the self-priming system. A few simple piston movements are enough to fill the filter with tank water, making setup and maintenance easier than ever.

Smooth Performance Adjustment:

Editing filter performance is easy and intuitive. A small lever on the right valve allows easy and smooth regulation of the filtration process. The lever is clearly marked, making performance adjustments simple even for aquarium care beginners.

Effective Filtration:

The ULTRAMAX 1000 features multiple filter baskets with a capacity of 1.9 liters each, providing effective mechanical and biological filtration. Depending on the model, it can accommodate between 3 to 5 baskets, offering a total media capacity ranging from 6.3 to 10.10 liters.

Thanks to the optimized filter pump and ceramic fan shaft, the ULTRAMAX 1000 operates quietly, making it suitable for placement in any room, including bedrooms or home offices.
