The AQUAEL UNIFILTER UV filter is designed to purify and aerate aquarium water. It efficiently filters water and sterilizes it thanks to the presence of UV LED lamps. It combats floating algae, water fleas, and bacteria, increasing water clarity and ensuring fish health. The UV LED lamps can be turned on or off regardless of the filter operation. The UNIFILTER UV filter is easy to use and allows convenient Edit of efficiency via a knob, which also acts as a rotating cover. The water discharge direction can be adjusted within a 90-degree range.

The larger UNIFILTER UV 500, 750, and 1000 models are equipped with a ceramic rotating shaft, which affects quiet operation and ensures durability.

A dedicated chamber for filter media protects against water entering the aquarium during water changes, as well as when removing the filter from the tank during water changes or when washing the sponges. Maintenance of the AQUAEL UNIFILTER UV filter is also facilitated by the presence of separate sponge tanks that can be removed and cleaned one by one alternately. This prevents the destruction of nitrifying bacterial colonies that support nitrogen transformations. To ensure continuous filtration, it is recommended to clean the sponge filter tanks alternately and independently.
