Long-acting Oxytetracycline Dihydrate Injection

Active Ingredients: Each ml of the product contains 200 mg of Oxytetracycline Hydrochloride

Indications for Use: LA 20% is a long-acting injectable solution containing 20% Oxytetracycline Dihydrate.
For the treatment and control of diseases in cattle, sheep, goats, and pigs caused by or associated with organisms sensitive to Oxytetracycline. These include:
• Pasteurella spp.
• Salmonella spp.
• Escherichia coli.
• Listeria spp.

Dosage and Administration: By deep intramuscular injection.
To ensure the correct dosage, body weight should be as accurate as possible. 1 ml per 10 kg of body weight (20 mg per kg of body weight).
Maximum volume per injection site.
• Cattle: 10 ml
• Sheep: 10 ml
• Goats: 10 ml
• Pigs: 10 ml, pigs weighing less than 10 kg, maximum dose 1 ml.
Usually, a single treatment is sufficient due to the sustained blood levels achieved at the above dosage rates.
• Meat - Pigs: 21 days, Cattle, Sheep, and Goats: 28 days.
• Milk: 7 days

Withdrawal Period: Do not use in sheep producing Milk for human consumption.

Storage: Store at a temperature below 25°C. Keep away from light.
