Antimicrobial formulation (Tylosin, Gentamicin, Spectinomycin, Lincomycin) compliant with EU Directive 88/407
The medium is prepared by adding water and fresh egg yolk to the Triladyl concentrate to achieve the final volume of the medium (usually about 1250 ml from 250 g of concentrate). This medium is then used for freezing bull sperm and other ruminants. The preparation protocol and exact dilution ratios should be determined by a qualified veterinarian based on species, body weight, and clinical condition.
250 g of concentrate, sufficient to prepare approximately 1250 ml of extender solution.
A CSS-certified version without antibiotics (Triladyl CSS) is also available for use according to Certified Semen Services protocols.
