- Jectamox is a treatment for infections of the respiratory tract, gastrointestinal tract, genitourinary tract, skin and soft tissue, and bacterial complications secondary to viral metroitis, mastitis, MMA syndrome caused by amoxicillin-sensitive organisms, omphalitis, and arthritis.
Dosage and method of use of Jectamox
- Shake the container well before use.
- Jectamox is used by intramuscular injection.
- Dosage in cattle and camels: 1 ml per 12-15 kg of body weight.
- Dosage in goats and sheep: 1 ml per 10-12 kg of body weight.
- Dosage in poultry: 1 ml per 8-10 kg body weight.
- If necessary, repeat the injection after 48 hours.
Withdrawal period
- In meat: in cattle: 21 days, in goats and sheep: 14 days.
- In milk: 3 days.
