Tanganyika Buffer is a mixture of carbonate salts designed to enhance the natural habitat of cichlid fish by increasing alkalinity, carbonate hardness, buffering capacity, and pH. Formulated to maintain a pH of 9.0-9.4.

Instructions:
Use 5 grams (1 teaspoon) per 40-80 liters (10 to 20 US gallons) of water daily until the desired pH is achieved and maintained. After that, use it as needed to maintain pH, usually no more than once every two to three weeks.
