Tanganyika Buffer is a blend of carbonate salts designed to enhance the natural environment of cichlid fish by increasing alkalinity, carbonate hardness, buffering capacity, and pH. It is formulated to maintain a pH range of 9.0-9.4.

Usage instructions:
Use 5 grams (one level teaspoon) per 40-80 liters (10 to 20 US gallons) of water daily until the desired pH is reached and maintained. Thereafter, use as needed to maintain pH, usually no more than once every two to three weeks.
