They are used to fix small bone pieces, whether as a result of an elective procedure or an injury, such as distal femur fractures, femoral head grafting, and femoral neck fractures. Their length is 5 inches (125 mm). They are provided in packages containing ten pieces - 0.045 inch × 1.1 mm.
