Many aquarium plants thrive when growing above water, and some also produce attractive flowers. If the tank is positioned relatively low, the aquarium design can be easily viewed from above, giving it a natural pond-like appearance. Shallow tanks are also easy to maintain and with a greater front-to-back width, they create a larger surface area to enhance oxygenation.

All Dimax shallow tanks are carefully produced using high-clarity, low-iron glass, with seamless edges and nearly invisible silicone work.
