ANDROVISION® SOFTWARE MODULE: MORPHOLOGY & MORPHOMETRY
The AndroVision® software module: Morphology and Morphometry enhances the capabilities of the Computer-Assisted Semen Analysis (CASA) system by enabling detailed evaluation of sperm morphology and morphometric parameters. This module seamlessly integrates with both stained and unstained samples to provide accurate and objective assessments.

Main Benefits

Interactive analysis of sperm morphology and morphometry
Recognition of sperm in stained and unstained samples
Measurement of sperm head length and width
Evaluation of head shape and midpiece asymmetry according to Kruger criteria
Classification of a wide range of morphological abnormalities
Enhances diagnostic depth for semen evaluation when used alongside motility and basic concentration analysis

Composition

Software module for the AndroVision® CASA system (Ref. 12500/1300)
Integrates with core hardware and AndroVision® core software

Instructions for Use

Used within the AndroVision® CASA system with stained or unstained sperm samples
Measures morphometric parameters such as head length, head width, head shape, and midpiece asymmetry for each sperm cell
Morphological abnormalities are classified based on measured criteria
A qualified veterinary specialist or laboratory technician should set quantitative settings based on animal species, sample type, and clinical context

Package Size

Software module only; sold as part of the optional module set for the AndroVision® system (Ref. 12500/1300)

Note
