ImmunoComb Feline Corona Virus FCoV [FIP] Antibody Test Kit (12)

This kit is designed to determine the level of IgG antibodies in cat serum for feline coronavirus (FCoV). Cats infected with feline infectious peritonitis (FIP) usually have high levels of antibodies to FCoV. Therefore, a negative result is useful for excluding the diagnosis of feline infectious peritonitis. The ImmunoComb test is a modified ELISA test, which can be described as an enzyme-labeled "dot test" that detects antibody levels in serum, plasma, or whole blood. The kit contains all the necessary chemicals for test development. Results are obtained within 40 minutes.
