The JBL PROPOND ALL SEASONS range offers a choice of sticks, pellets, or flakes. The formulation of the three types of Food is very similar. So, it's up to you to choose the type of Food you prefer. Flakes cannot be fed when using the automatic feeder (JBL PROPOND AUTOFOOD). The term "optimal natural energy feeding" refers to the protein-to-fat ratio in the Food. If only the seasons are considered, fish will need half the amount of protein in winter (2:1) compared to summer (4:1). However, not only the season and water temperature play a crucial role, but also the size and age of the fish, as well as the function of the Food (such as growth Food). All these factors were considered when developing JBL Food.
