The sera Pond UVC-55X device provides you with permanently clear and biologically healthy pond water. It reliably removes all types of floating algae (cloudy green water), reduces the proliferation of filamentous algae and others, and removes pathogens and bacterial water cloudiness by up to 97%.The stainless steel body of the UVC, which does not rust, is not only long-lasting but also reflects UVC radiation and enhances its effect by up to 35%. The UVC lamp with amalgam has an extended lifespan by up to 42% in addition to higher performance (more than 52%) compared to standard UVC lamps.
The device can be installed on filters or pre-filter chambers using the included pass-through connectors, and it is also suitable for direct connection to the pond pump [including 90° water intake connectors for hoses with a diameter of 25 and 32 mm (1" and 1.25") in addition to variable hose connectors for hoses with a diameter of 20, 25, 32, and 40 mm (0.78", 1", 1.25", and 1.58")].
