The natural environment for fish such as discus, angelfish, or neon is characterized by very soft, slightly acidic, and often dark-colored water. These conditions, known as tropical blackwater, can be easily and long-term achieved using Sera Super Peat.

The functional granules reduce the natural black peat placed in the filter from KH in the long term and stabilize the pH value in the slightly acidic range. Additionally, it continuously releases valuable humic and fulvic acids.
