Vetsalve® is an ointment to aid in wound management. It contains Norwegian spruce tree resin (Picea abies) in an oil-based formulation. It forms a protective layer on the skin and provides a natural inhibitory effect against bacteria and some fungi.

Vetsalve® is an ointment presented in a 20 ml tube for topical use on infected and non-infected wounds, both acute and chronic, as well as skin abrasions. It can be used for dogs and cats. It should be used within 12 Months of opening.

Usage guide: Vetsalve® is suitable for acute or chronic wounds, skin abrasions, and burns, whether infected or non-infected.
Dosage: Apply a layer 1-2 mm thick of Vetsalve® on the wound.
