The minimum recommended dose is 0.25 mg/kg of body weight given orally once daily according to the following schedule:

• 5-10 kg - ½ tablet
• 10-20 kg - 1 tablet
• 20-40 kg - 2 tablets
• 40-80 kg - 4 tablets

Chronic kidney failure in cats. The recommended dose is 0.5 mg/kg of body weight given orally once daily according to the following schedule:

• 2.5-5 kg - ½ tablet
• 5-10 kg - 1 tablet
