Shipping for Customers within the United Arab Emirates
Shopivet offers shipping services to all our customers in the United Arab Emirates within 2-3 business days from the date of purchase through the website, depending on your city. Delivery will be made to the address specified in the purchase order, and you will be contacted by the delivery company to arrange a suitable delivery time for you.

Cash on Delivery – Within UAE Only
• Please note that there will be a cash on delivery service available, but we do not have a card payment machine for cash on delivery. If you wish to pay by card, you can do so through the website at the time of order.

Shipping for Customers in GCC Countries and Worldwide
For all orders from GCC countries and worldwide, the shipping cost calculation depends on the weight of the products and the shipping distance. Therefore, the shipping cost will be added to the invoices/customer accounts according to the weight and distance specified in the purchase order.
All orders outside the United Arab Emirates will take 3-5 business days to be delivered to the address and contact the phone number specified in the purchase invoice. A shipment tracking number will be provided for all orders upon customer request.
** Orders will be shipped via different shipping companies depending on the location and timing, and customers will be notified accordingly.
In some cases: delivery service is only within the boundaries of major cities, please contact us to confirm the order.

When will my order arrive?
We will deliver your order within one to two business days after the order is confirmed. 
After that, you won't have to wait long; a shipping company employee will contact you on the phone number registered with us to coordinate with you on the delivery time of the shipment. It is important to answer incoming calls to your phone so that the delivery representative can coordinate with you on the delivery time of the order.

Using your shipment tracking number, which you can use on the shipping company's website to directly track the shipment status and know the current status of the shipment and the expected delivery time.

If you do not find a tracking number for your shipment, you will find the mobile phone number of the shipping company representative responsible for delivering the shipment to you – the representative will contact you to coordinate the delivery time of the order to your home. You can also log into your account on Shopivet.com to track the order status.

Cancellation Policy:
Shopivet is committed to providing exceptional service in a timely manner. Unfortunately, when a client cancels without sufficient notice, it prevents another client from receiving service.

 Failure to attend and late cancellations affect the quality of service and penalize clients who may attend early, and for these reasons Shopivet has implemented a cancellation policy that will be strictly adhered to.

Full Payment: Your registration is complete when we receive full payment. Payments can be made online or in person. An online confirmation email will be sent to you at the time of registration and payment. This email serves as confirmation of your registration.

Cancellation Request: Cancellation requests can be made via phone, email, online, or in person. Please note that refunds will be processed in the original method of payment.
