Do I need to open an account to shop with you?
No, you don't need to. You can make purchases and check out as a guest each time. However, by creating an account with us, you will be able to order without having to enter your details every time you shop with us. You can register now, or you can start shopping first and create your account before checking out on the shopping cart page.
How can I create an account?
Please click on "Login / Register" followed by "Create Account" and fill in your personal details.
How do I order?
Shop for the products you want and add them to your shopping cart. When finished, you can proceed to your cart and checkout. Check and ensure all information is correct before confirming purchases and payment.
How do I pay for my orders?
We accept payments via Paypal and all major credit and debit cards such as Mastercard, VISA, and American Express. We also accept Cash on Delivery.
Can I edit and cancel my order?
Unfortunately, we cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted. This allows us to fulfill and prepare your orders efficiently and reduce errors. It is advisable to check your order before submitting it.
I have a discount code. How can I use it?
You can use the discount code when purchasing before completing the Check Out process by entering the discount code in the designated field.
How will I know if my order has been confirmed?
After placing your order, you will receive a confirmation email from us to confirm receipt of your orders. However, please note that orders will only be shipped after the credit card payment is approved if payment is made by credit card and the billing and delivery addresses are verified. Alternatively, you can check the status of your order in "My account" if you are a registered user.
I have an issue adding products to my cart?
You will be able to add products as long as they are available. There may be a situation where the product is in someone else's shopping cart, and then the product status reflects as "temporarily unavailable".
