The Exo Terra Reptile Dome features an extra-long aluminum reflector dome that extends beyond the face of most bulbs. The Reptile Dome unit provides you with the flexibility to position heat and/or light sources in your glass terrarium wherever needed.
The aluminum reflector dome significantly increases light output and UVA and UVB radiation! The heat-resistant ceramic socket can accommodate either compact fluorescent lamps or incandescent lamps (PT2348: maximum 75 watts / PT2349: maximum 160 watts).
The light can be easily turned on and off by the on/off switch, mounted on the long power cord (180 cm - 6 feet). You can combine multiple units with specific lamps to create the perfect lighting system.
