Treatment of acute external ear infections in dogs and exacerbations of recurrent external ear infections, associated with bacteria susceptible to orbifloxacin (coagulase-positive staphylococci, Pseudomonas aeruginosa, and Enterococcus faecalis) and fungi susceptible to posaconazole, particularly Malassezia pachydermatis.
