Matrix is a highly porous bio-material that provides effective biological filtration to remove nitrogenous waste. Matrix is a solid inorganic body with a porosity size of about 10 mm in diameter.

Usage Instructions:
Use 250 ml of Matrix for every 200 liters (50 US gallons) of water. Matrix can be placed in any type of filter and is particularly effective in a canister filter. Matrix is large enough that there should be no need to use a filter bag in most applications.
