Dosage and method of use of Cokemax 

• Preventive dose in poultry: 1 gram per 4 liters of drinking water, 1 gram per 3 kg of feed.
• Therapeutic dose in poultry: 1 gram per 2-2.5 liters of drinking water, or 1 gram per 1.5-2 kg of feed.
• Pre-weaning dose in calves and goats: 1 gram per 10-15 kg body weight.
• Post-weaning dose in calves and goats: 1 gram per 15-18 kg of body weight.
• Dosage in sheep and goats: 1 gram per 15-20 kg of body weight.
