• The ideal calcium to phosphorus ratio for carnivorous animals is 1:1 - 2:1. Pure meat contains high levels of phosphorus but very low levels of calcium. Therefore, this supplement contains a high level of calcium (17%) to compensate for the low calcium content in meat.

Feeding Guide: The supplement should be added at a rate of 2% of the wet weight of the diet (e.g., 20 grams of the supplement added to 1 kg of meat). - 500 gram packages come with a teaspoon, containing +/- 5 grams of the supplement. Use 4 level teaspoons to supplement 1 kg of meat. - 4 kg buckets come with a tablespoon, containing +/- 25 grams of the supplement. Use 4 level tablespoons to supplement 5 kg of meat. The supplement comes in powder form and can be easily added to the diet. To avoid loss, make small incisions with a knife in the meat and insert the supplement.
