API POND pH DOWN, 16 OZ

Slowly lower the pond water pH to make it more acidic using API® POND pH DOWN pH reducer. This product neutralizes alkaline substances that cause high pH, limiting aquatic plants' ability to absorb essential nutrients.

POND pH DOWN pH reducer is safe for pond fish and aquatic plants, and contains no phosphate that promotes algae growth.

• Test the pond water pH level using the API POND WIDE RANGE pH test kit.
• Use the dosing cap on the bottle.
• Add 5 ml of pH DOWN pH reducer per 50 gallons of pond water.
• Wait 24 hours, then test the pH again.
• Repeat treatment as needed.
