The Exo Terra Dart Frog Terrarium is the perfect habitat for amphibians, designed by European herpetologists, and is ideal for active ecological planted setups.
The open front door increases viewing pleasure and provides easy access for maintenance and feeding. The push-button lock keeps the terrarium secure and can be equipped with an optional lock to prevent unwanted opening.
The hinged lid can be locked and opened with one button and can be fully opened. The clear glass panel at the front ensures maximum visible light penetration, while the stainless steel ventilation strip at the back ensures optimal ventilation. The patented dual ventilation system keeps the front glass door free from condensation, even in humid conditions. It creates a natural upward airflow to ensure optimal and healthy conditions. Excess heat is dissipated through the top mesh, preventing heat buildup and creating temperature gradients within the terrarium. The mesh allows UV and infrared rays to pass through when these lamps are needed. Four self-closing inlets for wires/tubes at the back facilitate the installation of electrical accessories such as waterfall pumps, filters, the Exo Terra Monsoon, and more. The inner front side of the lid has a mounting point for a Monsoon nozzle on each side of the terrarium.
The bottom part of the terrarium is waterproof once the pipes, elbow joints, and drain valve are connected. The drain allows for easy water changes and removal of excess water.
The Exo Terra Dart Frog Terrarium can be set up as an active ecological habitat for dart frogs, small frogs, newts, salamanders, small geckos, lizards, snakes, and more.
Ideal for use with the Exo Terra Planted Terrarium Light (PT2413) to enhance plant growth, or with the Exo Terra Small Reptile Dome (PT2362) to provide additional light or heat.
