This AQUAEL product is a professional substrate for the bottom of freshwater aquariums, especially for natural, plant-rich designs and shrimp-filled aquariums. In appearance, the soil resembles black gravel with an average grain diameter of 2.5 mm. Carefully selected natural components provide suitable water values at optimal levels for most ornamental freshwater fish, plants, and crustaceans. The positive effects on the ecosystem as a whole become quickly visible: clearer water, more vibrant plants, and more active animals!
Correcting water values - how does it work? Advanced plant soil contains large amounts of natural nutrients that are released into the water* and thus positively affect the aquarium water parameters necessary for aquatic organisms: pH and KH (carbonate hardness) values are reduced or stabilized.
