Aquael Quartz Sand 0.4 - 1.2 mm[Weight - 10kg]

Quartz sand from Aquael is an ultra-fine and very light white substrate for the aquarium. This sand creates beautiful contrasts with colorful shrimp. It is also ideal for creating paths and walkways in the tank design, for example. The natural material of the substrate contains no additives or artificial coatings, making it water-neutral and releasing no pollutants. Additionally, quartz sand can be used in freshwater tanks, as it does not harden the water.

Quartz sand is available in two different grain sizes. For large designs, we recommend a grain size of 0.4 to 1.2 mm. Both sizes are available in 2 kg or 10 kg bags. For small designs, we recommend a grain size of 0.1 to 0.3 mm.
