The JUWEL Bioflow filter system stands out from the crowd with its large filter sizes. This provides large surface area for excellent mechanical, chemical and biological filtration and ensures long filter service life and longer service intervals. The filter design provides you easy access to the pump and heater, and the use of special filter cages makes it easy to remove and clean the filter media.
The unique bipolar current principle of the JUWEL Bioflow filter system makes it possible to achieve different flow speeds, helping to create extremely high filtration performance of the Bioflow system. For mechanical and chemical filtration at the top of the filter, a relatively fast flow speed is particularly advantageous. On the other hand, a slower flow speed is beneficial at the bottom of the filter, to ensure optimal development of anaerobic bacteria, which are vital for biological filtration.
JUWEL Bioflow filters come with a silent, high-efficiency Eccoflow circulation pump, with performance Edit to suit the size of the filter system using scientific criteria. Bioflow filters are also compatible with JUWEL heaters, which are perfectly integrated into the water circulation, ensuring even heat distribution across all areas of your aquarium.
