High-level nutritional support for the liver Denamarin provides high-level, multifaceted nutritional support for the liver thanks to its synergistic composition of S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) and silybin. Ingredients: S-Adenosylmethionine (SAMe) A stable form of the S,S-SAMe isomer, which is the predominant form manufactured in cells and the isomer that is biologically active. Silybin Silybin complexed with phosphatidylcholine, which has been shown to be more bioavailable than silymarin alone. Administration Instructions The enteric coating of Denamarin protects the SAMe from degradation. Denamarin also comes in blister packs to prevent oxidation of the SAMe to the biologically inactive R,S-SAMe isomer. Usage Instructions When possible, we recommend fasting overnight to ensure the stomach is empty before administering the tablet, allowing for optimal absorption of the active ingredients. However, when overnight fasting is not possible, please wait at least two hours (preferably longer) after feeding before administering the tablets. Once the tablet is given, you must wait at least one hour before feeding your animal. The number of tablets given can be gradually reduced or increased at any time based on your veterinary surgeon's recommendation.
