EASYCULT: FOR BACTERIAL ANALYSIS, 20/BOX
EASYCULT is a veterinary laboratory product designed for hygiene monitoring through bacterial analysis, particularly in semen processing environments. Each tube contains a flexible, double-sided culture plate within a tube, allowing sampling from surfaces or liquids by simple immersion. One side of the plate is coated with PCA agar to detect aerobic bacteria, while the other side uses VRBG medium to support the growth of Enterobacteriaceae. After incubation, microbial contamination can be quantitatively determined. The product is offered in a box containing 20 tubes, suitable for use by personnel without specialized training in microbiology.
Simultaneous detection of aerobic bacteria and Enterobacteriaceae using a single device
Simple immersion sampling method suitable for liquids and surfaces
Measurable results after incubation
Ease of use by non-specialized personnel
Storage at room temperature with a shelf life of at least six months
The other side coated with VRBG medium (for Enterobacteriaceae)
Flexible plastic plate inside an Antiseptic tube
Incubate under appropriate conditions to allow colony growth.
Microbial contamination is quantitatively determined based on colony growth.
The veterinarian or certified specialist should determine the dosage and incubation conditions based on the species, sample type, and clinical context.
