Water test (long-term test)

In principle, you should always monitor the carbon dioxide (CO2) content in your aquarium because the pH value of the water is significantly affected by the addition of CO2. Continuous monitoring should always include a long-term CO2 test, indicator liquids, and water test strips for the CO2 fertilization system.

Complete set for continuous monitoring of CO2 content in the aquarium, including a long-term test, indicator liquids, and 3 test strips for analyzing primary water values.

The long-term CO2 test is mounted on the glass in the aquarium using a suction cup and filled, up to the specified mark, with aquarium water (about 1 ml). Add 4 drops of indicator liquid and wait for the color to change, then compare the indicator color with the color scale.

Depending on the carbonate hardness (dKH) of the water, the scale will show the corresponding pH values.
