professionel 4+ is the most advanced generation of our professional external filters. The square canister provides stability, a large filter volume, is suitable for corners, and does not take up much space.

Thanks to the new Xtender function, intervals between filter cleaning can be extended.

professionel 4+ filters are available in three sizes for aquariums with a capacity of up to 250, 350, and 600 liters.

Automatic suction

No more complicated suction methods! The automatic suction aid helps start the filter system quickly and easily.

Safety hose adapter

The tap unit with two hose connectors - for safety reasons, the hose adapter can only be released when the valves are closed.

Pre-filter

The top pre-filter traps large dirt particles and can be cleaned regularly, allowing for extended maintenance intervals between media cleaning.

Filter baskets

Individual filter baskets for biological and mechanical media. The baskets can be easily removed and the contents cleaned using the "Easy Clean" mesh. Easy to remove and easy to clean

Control function „Xtender“

If the media (fine filter pad) becomes clogged, the flow rate can be increased using the control function. The water will be redirected but the biological filtration process will remain - allowing the filter cleaning to be postponed for a few days.
