The EHEIM aquarium heater is another development of the legendary heating rod.

The temperature can be precisely adjusted from 18 to 34 °C and can be recalibrated if necessary (±2°). The temperature control accuracy is ±0.5 °C.

The heat remains at a constant level. The heating function is indicated by a control lamp.

The rod is completely water-resistant, can be fully submerged, and has an automatic shut-off when dry (thermal safety control) and is suitable for both fresh and saltwater.

One of the most important innovations is the glass casing:
