Simply pull the lock release button back, lift, and open.

Installing these gates is simple. No tools are required unless you are using the optional mounting cups, which need a Phillips screwdriver. As if all this wasn't enough, our steel pet gates are extremely easy to clean. Just wipe with a cloth using a gentle, pet-safe cleaner.
