Dosage and method of use of Flemazole 

• Initial dose of Flemazole tablets: 2.5 mg every 12 hours.
• After 3 weeks of treatment, the dose should be titrated to effect based on serum total T4 (TT4) levels and clinical response.
• The dose should be Edit in 2.5 mg increments.
• The maximum total dose is 20 mg daily in divided doses, not to exceed 10 mg as a single administration.
