Feline VacciCheck – Panleukopenia, Herpes Virus & Calici Virus IgG Antibody Test Kit (12)

Intended use: The ImmunoComb Feline VacciCheck test kit is designed to assess the IgG antibody response to vaccination or infection with Feline Panleukopenia Virus (FPLV), Feline Herpesvirus (Rhinotracheitis) (FHV), and Feline Calicivirus (FCV). A high antibody level is associated with immunity against infection (in healthy cats) and is useful in diagnosing clinical cases.

Diagnostic method: The ImmunoComb test relies on ELISA technology in a solid-phase "dot" format. Antigens are applied to the "spots" on the solid phase, which is a comb-shaped plastic card. (The comb has 12 teeth, sufficient for 12 test samples.)
