FPV Ag/FCoV Ag/Giardia Ag Rapid Test This FPV Ag/FCoV Ag/Giardia Ag rapid test is a veterinary product designed for the qualitative detection of feline panleukopenia virus antigen, feline coronavirus antigen, and Giardia antigen in cat feces. It uses the immunochromatographic method (lateral flow) to provide quick results, making it a practical tool for use in veterinary clinics.

Main Benefits

High sensitivity and specificity for each targeted antigen, ensuring reliable detection of feline panleukopenia virus, feline coronavirus, and Giardia.
Rapid results, typically within 5–10 minutes, allowing for timely clinical decision-making.
Comprehensive design allows for the screening of three common pathogens in cats using a single test kit.
Simple one-step test procedure suitable for use in veterinary clinics or diagnostic laboratories.

Components

Test cassette containing immunochromatographic strips for detecting FPV, FCoV, and Giardia antigens.
Separate diluent tubes for FPV/FCoV and separate tubes for Giardia.
Disposable swabs for collecting fecal samples.
Disposable droppers for sample application.
Instruction leaflet detailing the test procedure and result interpretation.

Instructions for Use

Intended for use with cat fecal samples only.
The test is conducted by mixing the fecal sample with the appropriate diluent, then applying the mixture to the test cassette, and waiting for the appearance of control and test lines.
Results are interpreted based on the presence of the control line (to verify test validity) and test lines (to indicate antigen presence).
The test procedure should be conducted under veterinary supervision, following the sample and application method as outlined in the manufacturer's instructions.

Package Size

Available in kits containing multiple tests, typically offered in packs of 5 or 10 test units.

Note

This test is intended for use in cats only and should not be used for other species.
