The JBL PROPOND ALL SEASONS range offers you the option of sticks, pellets, or flakes. The formulation for all three types of food is very similar. So, it's up to you to choose the type of food you prefer. Flakes cannot be fed when using the automatic feeder (JBL PROPOND AUTOFOOD). The term "Optimized Natural Energy Feeding" refers to the protein-to-fat ratio in the food. If only the seasons are considered, fish need half the amount of protein in winter (2:1) as in summer (4:1). However, it is not only the season and water temperature that are decisive factors, but also the size and age of the fish, as well as the function of the food (such as growth food). All these factors were considered when developing JBL food.
