What it is
Lactanase by Ceva is an injectable solution for horses and camels used for muscle fatigue.
When to use it
- For a racehorse whose muscles tire quickly.
- For a horse or camel doing high-intensity work.
How to use it
Dose: 20–40 ml · Method: into the vein, or mixed with saline · Every: week · Duration: 4 weeks, then a 4-week break before repeating.
How much is in the pack
The 100 ml bottle gives 2 to 5 weekly doses depending on the dose; a full 4-week course needs 80–160 ml.
