Beginners
One cap (5 ml) per 80 liters (20 US gal) twice a week. It is best to dilute it in a cup of fresh water, then add it. Check alkalinity every two weeks and adjust the amount or frequency accordingly. to examine

For alkalinity, then follow the addition regimen above until the alkalinity is adjusted to 4-5 mEq/L. Each ml contains at least 4 meq of alkalinity.
