Reef Iodide is designed to provide a safe source of iodide that will not convert to toxic free iodine in storage or reef conditions.

Instructions:
For beginners
Add 5 ml (1 cap) per 200 liters (50 US gal) every two days.

advanced
Add 1 ml per 80 L (20 US gal) daily to raise the iodide level by 0.10 mg/L. If necessary, adjust the amount so that the iodide reads 0.06-0.08 mg/L 6-12 hours after the last intake. After that, use this amount daily and check your iodine twice a month.
