High-precision sharpening and controlled heat treatment processes ensure sharp, durable, and strong blades. The scalpel blades are made from carbon steel (2800987 – 2800995) or stainless steel (2800996 – 2801004). They feature precise cutting edges and long-lasting sharpness. British standards BS 2982:1992, ISO 7153-1:1991. Each blade is individually wrapped in foil. Carbon steel blades are protected with VPI paper. Blade sizes are clearly marked on the back of the paper pull-out packaging. They are provided sterile in inner dispenser boxes containing 100 pieces.
