Sera Tropic Sun Royal provides sufficient lighting with warm sunny daylight in tropical aquariums resembling rainforests.

A wide-spectrum lamp delivers the best true color reproduction. The color temperature (4700 Kelvin) resembles the soft sunlight in the mid-morning of tropical regions. The light similarity index compared to German standards, DIN, is lA (the highest possible) and resembles natural sunlight by 92%.

UV emission is reduced to 2%. It is specified on UV A and UV at the necessary edges for swamp-like and tropical rainforest aquariums with organisms that require low UV intensity, such as spiders, scorpions, and insects. The soft poison frog needs this percentage of UV light to prevent vitamin deficiency syndromes.

Many terrarium animals need UV A and UV B light for vitamin D synthesis in their skin. For the same reasons, Sera Tropic Sun Royal is suitable for lighting bird cages.

Please note: The lifespan of aquarium lamps is 12 Months. The lamp spectrum gradually changes, and after this period, it can no longer function as an aquarium lamp with the appropriate target. For best results, aquarium lamps should be replaced every 12 Months.
