Sera Raffy I Nature Food is a delicacy without artificial colors or preservatives, consisting of carefully dried Gammarus (43.5%), shrimp slices (43.5%), small fish, and krill. It is suitable for aquatic turtles and other small carnivorous reptiles (occasionally) as well as amphibians.

This blend is characterized by its compatibility with the natural spectrum of nutrition, being rich in ideally usable proteins, omega fatty acids, valuable carotenoids, minerals, and trace elements, in addition to fibers that regulate digestion.

This delicious treat supports disease resistance, growth, and vitality when regularly added to the Food.

Information about the formula change at the end of 2021: Gammarus pulex has always been the preferred natural Food for carnivorous aquatic turtles. This is traditionally due to the high quality of the nutritional profile as well as the high availability of Gammarus. Unfortunately, the effects of climate change can also be seen in this area. The rise in water temperatures for Gammarus in 2021 had a negative impact on its quantity. Since Sera relies on sustainable fishing, and thus can ensure its contribution to the permanent conservation of species, Sera decided to add shrimp slices to the Sera Raffy I formula in addition to Gammarus. These slices replace 50% of the Gammarus and provide a higher proportion of proteins in the nutritional balance. At the same time, the Gammarus in the product ensures species-appropriate content of calcium, magnesium, trace elements, and beta-carotene.
